If money weren't a thing, I would go for a room over a pod.

For cleanliness, it's probably hard to beat the Genesis (just looking at the design, I haven't got to test one)

Building your own is also pretty viable if you're going with an open design or room.

I-sopods hands down... Although float lab is pretty awesome too. From a customer point of view, the I-sopods are cool and sleak, and less intimidating. Also, they're easier to move if the need arises, at least easier to move than a room.

Can I ask how you're approaching funding? That's what I'm working on, and since we don't have a pile of cash, I'm trying to source investment dollars without taking on too many partners, or lose majority control. That's the hardest part I've come across so far.

If money were free I'd go with 2 Floataway Tranquility tanks and 2 home made float rooms. The home made float rooms would be made handicap accessible.

Also in my opinion you can have benign sanitation in any tank with a good UV unit and use H2O2. On top of that, make sure your filter can house carbon filters. That way you can use the cheaper ones until you need a good cleanse, at that time you swap in a carbon filter for a few cycles. Magic.

I decided not to think about money when it came to the tough choice of which tank, pod or room to use. I'll be using Oceant Float Rooms in my center. I should people pictures of the tank styles, and then show them pictures of the room and they immediately say they want to get into the room as soon as possible.
